In order to prevent and correct any illicit access to the personal information held or loss, destruction, falsification or leakage thereof, we conduct the required safety measures from organizational, human, physical, and technological standpoints.

Periodic audits of personal information protection are conducted and internal rules and management methods reviewed periodically or as needed, continuously improving the personal information protection management system.

Education on personal information protection and appropriate management methods is conducted for executives and employees, taking thorough steps to ensure suitable handling of personal information in work on a daily basis.

Requests for the disclosure, correction, cessation of use, deletion, etc. of personal information will be handled promptly upon confirmation of identity.
